What does our Cleaning Service NOT include?

using ladders, step stools, etc.

For the safety of our employees, we will never use ladders, step stools, or anything to be climbed on. We do use tools that extend our reach for hard-to-reach places.

lifting or moving items.

The last thing we want to do is accidentally damage anything in your home. To protect your home, the items inside it, and our employees, we try not to move most items. If we do have to move anything, only items under 25 lbs will be considered.

pet supplies or pet accidents.

We LOVE pets! However, when we’re focused on cleaning your home, it’s best they’re removed from the home or crated. We do not clean litter boxes, food bowls, toys, etc. We do not clean up pet accidents, either.

maid activities.

We do not do dishes, load dishwashers, or empty dishwashers. We do not clean or fold laundry.

mold, bugs, bodily fluids.

We do not clean large amounts of mold. Any bug-infested home needs to be properly exterminated before our cleaning professionals can enter. We do not clean any human or animal bodily fluids or waste.

antiques, delicates, or specialty items.

We know how important these items can be to you. We will never clean antiques, specialty items, or delicate items that are fragile or would have any chance of being damaged.

exteriors or garages.

We only clean the interior of homes. We do not clean anything on the outside of the home, in or outside the garage, or unfinished basements. We do not clean attics. As a rule of thumb, we focus on cleaning finished livable spaces in your home.
